vango nevis

Big thank you to all at Leisure Trail, bought a Nevis 600 used it perfect,
the second time i used it door leaked took it back to leisure trail they sent it back to Vango.
Vango replaced the tent. Leisure Trail customer service is exellent, very helpful
and kept me informed of what was going on.

Icuras 500 canopy

Hello, we were desperate to find a canopy for our Icuras 500 tent, they changed the colour from blue to green. Ours is blue. I found this shop on line and gave them a call. Very helpful staff said Yes we have one in blue and quoted a very reasonable price. They even saved it for me.

Great service, will be going back.

Vango Icarus 600

I bought my tent at New Year and have just used it for the first time. I love the tent and the service from the shop was fantastic! So helpful in answering all my questions, even the typically girly ones about camping were answered with patience! My only niggle - I was told I would be able to put this tent up on my own in about 30mins...... it took 45!!!! ;-) Oh well, challenge set for next time!!!! lol. I don't live in the area but have already been back to purchase some camping necessities and will definitely be shopping there again and recommending to friends! Once again, many, many thanks for your help in choosing this tent! Perfect!!!

Royal Atlanta 8

I am now the proud owner of an Royal Atlanta 8 tent, along with all the trimmings, footprint, carpet, extention. Prompt delivary by Leisure Trail, it just took a couple of days to land. Their staff were very accomodating as well as patient as my choice of tent took a week or so but finally I hope I have made the right choice. Haven't had chance to put it up yet, because of the weather but will have a go at the weekend. Thanks Leisure Trail. Jon Blackford. Sedgefield, Co Durham
