Returns
We hope you are happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the dispatch date. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund the price of the product. We will withhold 20% of the purchase price of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is not fully resaleable.
Delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty or incorrect items. This does not affect you statutory rights.
For all returns, you will need to contact us first to arrange. When you return the item, you will need to get proof of posting, in the event the goods being lost in transit, also if you have had to send the goods because of a fault please pack in parcel proof of posting in the package.
Refunds
All refunds of return cost will be processed within 28 days from the day we receive the product back, the item should be in its original packaging, unopened, unless the item is fault.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Once you have taken delivery of goods, you the customer are responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery. In the unlikely event you order has been received damaged or faulty , please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and return immediately. Please send back in original packaging and enclose a copy of your Leisure Trail invoice, which will be fixed to the outside of the package, also the reason for returning the item, we will arrange to repair or replace your order, just as long as the product has been used as intended and does not on inspecting, show any signs of misuse. If the item is faulty due to manufacturing fault please explain the fault (s) and return item to us, this does not include any fault caused by accident, neglect, or misuse, for which there will be no exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
